For the Success of Treatment and Full Recovery

At Lifeline Rehab, we are proud to be nationally and internationally accredited, adhering to the highest standards of care. Our commitment to excellence is recognized by leading organizations, and our treatment programs are designed to meet rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. The treatment we provide is supported by guidelines from the Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) and the Accreditation Council for Treatment and Development (ACTD USA). These accreditations are a testament to our dedication to providing a safe, effective, and supportive environment for recovery.

Duration and Commitment to Treatment

The treatment program at Lifeline Rehab spans 120 days, followed by a comprehensive follow-up program consisting of twelve sessions over six months. The completion of this program is crucial to the success of the treatment. We require full commitment from the patient and their family to ensure the entire duration is completed without interruption.

It is the responsibility of the family to ensure that the patient remains engaged and completes the entire treatment and follow-up program. Premature termination of the treatment significantly reduces the chances of a successful recovery.

Family Commitment to Compliance and Cooperation

The cooperation and full commitment of the family are critical to the success of the treatment. Families are expected to comply with all treatment protocols and guidelines, including avoiding any intervention that could undermine the patient’s progress.

Your role as a supportive family is invaluable in ensuring that the patient completes the program successfully. We ask that you respect the therapeutic boundaries and trust the process, as these guidelines are designed in the best interest of your loved one’s recovery.

Meeting and Communication with Patients

To maintain the focus and effectiveness of the treatment, meetings with the patient and phone calls will be allowed on Fridays and Saturdays only. This schedule is designed to minimize distractions and allow the patient to fully engage in their recovery process.

We understand that emergencies may arise, and in such cases, exceptions can be made. However, requests for unscheduled visits or calls will not be entertained unless it is an emergency.

Additional Treatment Costs

Both Routine monthly laboratory tests and additional laboratory tests prescribed by doctors will be charged separately.
Medications required for conditions other than addiction and psychiatric disorders will also be charged separately.

Any additional treatments or visits to general hospitals that fall outside the scope of the addiction recovery program will incur extra charges. These costs will only be incurred with the family’s advance consent, and only to the extent necessary for non-routine treatments.

Payment Terms

All payments for the treatment program, including the twelve follow-up sessions, are required in advance. This policy ensures that our facility can maintain the highest quality of care without interruptions. Please note that these fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable, even in cases of early termination of the treatment by the patient or their family.

Safety and Liability

Lifeline Rehab follows strict safety rules as regulated by the Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) and ACTD USA. We have made every effort to create the safest environment possible for our patients.

Despite our best efforts, should any patient harm themselves or others during their stay, Lifeline Rehab will not be held responsible. It is important to recognize that while we provide a secure environment, the nature of addiction treatment can involve risks.
